Wenatchee Valley Shuttle Charter Agreement

All reservations require a debit/credit card. Reservations are finalized upon receipt of a signed contract/agreement and the paid deposit. The balance is charged and due immediately following the charter by using the same debit/credit card on file. Since all charges are based on "actual time", WVS calculates the time and price and e-mails a receipt after the charter to the customer.

There is a 4 hour minimum during Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. There is no refund for deposits. If a charter is cancelled more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled charter time, there will be no additional fees. If cancelled in less than 48 hours to charter departure there may be additional fees.

All charters are charged according to "Actual time" and not an "approximated" or "estimated time". WVS tries to be helpful and provide approximate prices for customers, based on their times and locations. However ALL charges are based off of "Real time" service provided to the customer known as "drive/sit" time. The 13 passenger vehicle=$95/hr. start to finish, 24 passenger=$125/hr. start to finish, 36 passenger=$145/hr. start to finish, 55 passenger=$165/hr. start to finish.

No possession, sale or consumption of any type of narcotics or drugs are permitted. Violations will result in immediate termination of contract and services and forfeiture of all paid deposits and fees for service. Client and renter are responsible for his/her guests, for any damage to the interior and equipment of the vehicle. This is including but not limited to: gum, wine and alcohol spillage, vomiting, breakage of lights, television, VCR or CD player. Repair and replacement of items shall have a minimum charge of at least $100. If anyone gets sick in the vehicle there is $200 clean up charge. All passengers agree to behave in an orderly and well-behaved manner. Wenatchee Valley Shuttle reserves the right to expel any person from the vehicle and/or terminate this contract in the event of a violation of any of these conditions by any passenger. In the event of such early termination, no portion of the charter fees shall be refunded.

WVS takes no responsibility for any personal items that are left in the vehicle during or after completion of the charter period.

WVS shall not be held responsible for late arrival, longer time lapses than planned, caused by (but not limited to) acts of nature, traffic delays, breakdown, miscommunicated pick-up and drop-off information, and any situation unplanned for, or beyond our control. Reservation Cancellation

To cancel an existing reservation we need your confirmation ID number and the passenger's last name, or the first and last name of the passenger.

If this cancellation is less than 48 hours from shuttle departure time we will be unable to refund you. However, we will issue you a coupon good for 60 days from the day of your original reservation in which you may still use your ticket if able. Your "coupon code" (typed in under "discount code" on the reservation page). Will be the e-mail you used when making the reservation. If cancelling in more than 48 hours from your shuttle departure time, we will issue you a refund, minus the $10 processing fee per person.

1. I confirm that I have arranged for the above mentioned minor to travel unaccompanied on the Wenatchee Valley Shuttle and to be met upon arrival by the persons named.

Should the minor not be met as stated above, I authorize the driver to take whatever action they consider necessary to ensure the minor's safe custody including return of the minor to the departure destination, and I agree to reimburse Wenatchee Valley Shuttle for the return fare and necessary cost and any other expensed incurred by them taking such action.
3. I am the designated parent or guardian of the above-mentioned minor and agree to and request the unaccompanied transportation of the minor named above and certify that the information provided is true and accurate.
4. I do also hereby waive any liability on the part of the Wenatchee Valley Shuttle and/or its employees for emergency medical care, should such be required.
