Reservations are confirmed and added to the master calendar upon receipt of a signed contract/agreement and paid deposit. All reservations require a debit / credit card to be on file. All reservations require final payment on the estimated charges 30 days prior to charter date of travel. If booking is within this 30 day window, the event total amount is due to secure reservation. Since all charges are based on "actual time", WVS will calculate final times and price upon charter completion. If there is any balance due based on those actual times, the balance will be charged to the card on file and an invoice/receipt is mailed to the client.
There is a 5 hour minimum for all charters. There are no refunds given for deposit amounts. If a charter is cancelled more than 7 days prior to scheduled charter date, there will be no additional fees. If cancelled less than 7 days prior to the scheduled departure date there may be additional fees.
All Charters are charged according to "actual time" and not an "approximated" or "estimated time". WVS strives be as helpful as possible and provide approximate prices for customers based on locations and times provided. However, ALL Charges are and will be based off of "real time" service provided to the customer - known as "drive/sit" times. The 15 Passenger vehicle = $125 per hour, start to finish. 32 Passenger Vehicle = $175 per hour, start to finish. 55 Passenger Vehicle = $200 per hour, start to finish.
To cancel an existing reservation we need your confirmation ID number and the passenger's last name, or the first and last name of the passenger.
