Cancelación de reservacion

To cancel an existing reservation we need your confirmation ID number and the passenger's last name, or the first and last name of the passenger.

I would like to cancel my:

If cancelling one way on a round trip reservation, what day and time is the leg of the trip you would like to cancel?

If this cancellation is less than 48 hours from shuttle departure time we will be unable to refund you. However, we will issue you a voucher good for 60 days from the day of your original reservation in which you may still use your ticket if able. Your "voucher code" (typed in under "discount code" on the reservation page). Will be the e-mail you used when making the reservation. If cancelling in more than 48 hours from your shuttle departure time, we will issue you a refund, minus the $10 processing fee per person.

1. Confirmo que he hecho arreglos para que el menor mencionado anteriormente viaje solo en el servicio de transporte de Wenatchee Valley Shuttle y que sea recibido a su llegada por las personas nombradas.
2. En caso de que el menor no sea recogido por un adulto como es indicado anteriormente, autorizo al conductor a tomar las medidas que considere necesarias para garantizar la custodia segura del menor, incluido el regreso del menor al destino de salida, y acepto reembolsar a Wenatchee Valley Shuttle la tarifa de regreso y el costo necesario y cualquier otro gasto incurrido por la toma de dicha acción.
3. Soy el padre/madre o tutor designado del menor mencionado anteriormente y acepto y solicito el transporte no acompañado del menor mencionado anteriormente y certifico que la información proporcionada es verdadera y precisa.
4. Por la presente también renuncio a cualquier responsabilidad por parte de Wenatchee Valley Shuttle y / o sus empleados por la atención médica de emergencia, en caso de que sea necesario.
