By booking with Wenatchee Valley Shuttle & Charters for Gorge concerts and events, passengers acknowledge that all shuttle services are subject to minimum rider requirements. Wenatchee Valley Shuttle & Charters reserves the right to cancel any scheduled trip that does not reach a minimum of six (6) confirmed passengers. In the event of a cancellation, affected passengers will be notified and provided with the option of a full refund, trip credit, or transfer to another available shuttle service, when applicable.
